Patient- and Family-Centred Care Champions
North York General has developed a training program for staff, physicians and volunteers to become Patient- and Family-Centred Care Champions. Champions help develop our culture by putting into practice the philosophy and principles of Patient- and Family-Centred Care in every interaction they have with patients and families. Champions work across our hospital at our General site and the Branson Ambulatory Care Centre.
